Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all clients of My System Of Growth who purchase the MedSpa system setup and related services.

Cancellations are only permitted before system setup work has begun. System setup work is considered started once any of the following actions have occurred:

• CRM account has been created or configured
• Automations, pipelines, or workflows have been installed or customized
• Calendar, funnels, or booking pages have been created or modified
• AI assistant or messaging templates have been configured

Once system setup work has started, no cancellations and no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

Cancellations requested before setup work begins may be accepted at the sole discretion of My System Of Growth. If a cancellation is approved at that stage, any fees already paid may be subject to an administrative charge or may be forfeited entirely, depending on the agreement at the time of purchase.

By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation Policy and understands that all payments become final once system setup work has started.
