My System Of Growth guarantees delivery of the MedSpa system setup as described at the time of purchase.
For the purposes of this Delivery Guarantee, “delivery” is defined as providing the client with access to the core system components, which may include:
Delivery is considered complete once the client has been provided with login credentials, access links, or confirmation that the system is active and ready for use, regardless of whether the client chooses to use the system.
If My System Of Growth fails to deliver access to the agreed‑upon system components within a reasonable timeframe, as communicated during onboarding, the client may request a review of their account. Any remedies, including potential adjustments or credits, will be determined at the sole discretion of My System Of Growth.
This Delivery Guarantee does not cover specific business results, revenue outcomes, or client acquisition performance. It strictly applies to the delivery of the system itself.
